At OutdoorVitals, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure with gear that fits perfectly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the apparel is unworn.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
